about laura

Laura Ells is from the south shore of Massachusetts, which is not on the Cape. She traveled all the way to the north shore to attend Gordon College, about 50 miles away. She graduated with a BA in art, concentrating in drawing/printmaking in May, 2011.
After graduating, Laura moved out of her apartment on the north shore and back into her childhood home with her parents on the south shore. She has not been thrilled with this but is learning to adjust to the status quo. She recently began working in the exciting world of retail.

Laura has a cat named Bella, the love of her life. Bella is primarily black and white but she had a little gray patch on her left hip. She is double-pawed, emphasizing her already small stature, and often uses these paws to knock over unattended cups. Bella is not named after a character from a popular literary series aimed at adolescent and middle aged females.
Whimsy, absurdity, and other things of a jovial nature are a few of Laura’s favorite things. She also enjoys learning proper grammar and becoming engrossed in a television series, particularly enjoying to watch the episodes in quick succession. Recently, Laura has enjoyed the continuous informal educational services offered by Wikipedia. Other hobbies include drawing robots, trying to make art, completing sudoku puzzles, and cuddling with her cat.
